Shelby is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and couples through the journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility. Using a client-centered approach, Shelby integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Person-Centered Therapy to create a tailored, holistic healing experience.
In her free time, Shelby loves spending quality moments with her family, whether it's a casual hangout or a special celebration. She is also passionate about paddleboarding, finding peace and adventure on the water. Traveling is a big part of Shelby and her family's life, as they enjoy exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. When Shelby needs to recharge, you can find her doing yoga, connecting with her mind and body in a calm and centered space.
